TEETH WHITENING

Having a beautiful smile may be even easier than you think. Many people achieve the look they've been dreaming of with our simple "bleaching" procedures. Teeth whitening procedures are used to brighten patients' smiles. In most cases, the change is nothing short of brilliant. Dental bleaching can be used to correct tooth discolorations which can be caused by staining, aging or chemical damage to teeth.

We offer two types of whitening.

At home custom trays:

Impressions are taken to make specialized trays to hold the bleach against the teeth. In only a day or two your custom fit trays will be ready for you to pick up, along with a special bleaching agent that you put into the trays. The trays can be worn three to four hours a day or worn overnight for a week or two to achieve significant whitening. Because the trays are customized to your smile, they can be used again and again for a "boost of brilliance" when needed.

Whitening on the go:

Opalescence GO is our professional alternative to over the counter "bleaching strips". The prefilled trays are ready to go right out the box. The trays are filled with professional strength whitening gel that is worn for 20 minutes per day for 10 days. Over the counter strips take up to 30 days. Patients love how easy the Opalescence Go trays are to use and how quickly they see results.

BONDING:

Bonding is an alternative to veneers and can be used as a restorative procedure for teeth that are chipped, cracked, discolored or misarranged.

The tooth is prepared for the procedure by lightly etching the surface and applying a bonding liquid. Once the liquid is cured, a plastic resin is applied and sculpted into the desired shape. Once set, the resin is trimmed, smoothed and polished to a natural appearance.

PORCELAIN VENEERS:

Porcelain veneers are thin strips of tooth colored porcelain that are bonded to the tooth's surface to correct any number of cosmetic issues like tooth shape or discoloration.
